HOW TO REQUIRE A QSL
There are 2 possible ways: 

1. PAPER MAIL

Ask for snail mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please include in the envelope:

a.  A contribution of 3 USD or 3 EURO
b.  A self addressed envelope
c.  Your QSL card with the full data of the QSO

2. OQRS, via PayPal: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please send:

a. A contribution of 3 USD or 3 EURO. Please use the "GIFT" mode.
b. The clear indication of the station you worked, the full data of the QSO, and your postal address.

Note: Please send paper QSL even if you use paypal (no IRC) also inserting a pre-addressed envelope
