HOW TO REQUIRE A QSL
There are 2 possible ways: 

1. PAPER MAIL

Please include in the envelope:

a.  A contribution of 3 USD or 3 EURO. You can group up to 4 QSLs with a single contribution.

b.  A self addressed envelope, ar an address-sticker

c.  Your QSL cards with the full data of the QSO

2. OQRS, via PayPal

Please send:

a. A contribution of 3 USD or 3 EURO. You can group up to 4 QSLs with a single contribution. Please use the "GIFT" mode.

b.      The clear indication of the stations you worked, the full data of QSO, and your postal address.

c. Send paper QSL to above address, in a single envelope.
