Supplement to the AT Contest General Regulations

 Art. 1: Participation:

1. The contest is open to all AT and Non-AT stations.
2. There is no need to send registration forms or registration fees. Participants will be registered after the submission of logs related to the contest period. Non-AT stations can ask to be registered in the database of the electronic program to accelerate the name registration process.

Art. 2: Duration:

1. The contest takes place from 11:00 UTC of Saturday March 11th, to 19:00 UTC of Sunday March 12th.
2. If, for any reason, the date of the contest needs to be modified, the new date will be communicated with adequate advance on alfatango.org

Art. 3: Band and modes:

1. The activity must take place on the 11 meter band and PHONE
2. The 100 KHz-band portion, that is the portion between 500 and 600 inclusive (DX portion), must be peremptorily kept free (can’t be used). QSOs realized in this portion will be invalidated, penalties and disciplinary actions will be applied. Furthermore, it is possible to call on .555 and move to make the QSO in the band portion desired.
3. It is recommended to use both the lower portion 410 – 495 and higher portion 605 – 855
4. All participants are asked to comply with the legislative regulations in force as regards the use of their devices and frequencies.

Art. 4: Categories:

a)    SINGLE OPERATOR: Lady or Hunter Category

b)    MULTI OPERATOR: Not allowed

Art. 5: Territoriality:

1. The transmission from an Other Country different from that of the residence must be done using the strikethrough for example 328/1AT10, meaning that we transmit from Croatia, although it is an Italian station.
2. It is not allowed to change Country during the Contest
3. It is not allowed to transmit from a moving vehicle

Art. 6 Validity:

1. The Log is also valid with a single connection with a Lady station if you are a Hunter, or vice versa with a Hunter station if you have declared the Log as Lady. Logs of Hunters without QSO with Lady stations will be considered as checklog.
2. To be considered valid, the QSO must compulsorily contain: the progressive number given and the progressive number received, the full callsign of the contacted station, the country and the category of the contacted station (Lady or Hunter).
3. QSOs with both categories are valid, for example Lady with Lady, Hunter with Hunter, even if the main purpose is to contact Lady stations.
4. There is no need to send any QSL card for the accreditation of QSOs.
5. QSOs must be bilateral and verifiable, in the absence of correspondence to verify the veracity of what declared, for example in case of unreceived logs, the QSO will not be accepted.

Art. 7 Scoring:

1. Hunter Station contacts Lady 20
2. Hunter Station contacts Hunter 1
3. Lady Station contacts Hunter     2
4. Lady Station contacts Lady  5
5. Lady or Hunter Station, for every Country contacted. 10
6. Multiplier: every Lady station is counted as multiplier as well

Art. 8: Ranking:

2. The final rankings will be announced at the annual meeting in Asti and published on www.alfatango.org
3. The rankings, both for Lady or Hunter Stations, will be determined adding up the points gained for every valid contact, multiplied for the number of multipliers.
4. In case of draw (equal points) the same placing will be allocated.

Art. 9 Log:

1. Only AT Woman’s Day official log sheets specifically realized for this contest or photocopies of them will be accepted. Electronic logs produced with the dedicated software of this contest will be accepted as well.
2. Paper logs must clearly indicate the callsign, the operator’s name and the participation category as header.
3. It is compulsory to use the progressive number of registration of QSOs, which must respect the exact chronological order of the established contacts. Every operator must give his progressive number to the contacted station and receive confirmation. It’s not necessary to exchange other reports.
4. Paper logs must contain all QSOs made with the respective progressive numbers. In case of double QSOs or in case of missing progressive number, the corresponding line must be nullified with a single and clearly visible red line, keeping readable the underlying content.
5. Paper logs must be sent and received peremptorily no later than March 31st of the current year.  Logs received after this date will NOT be considered valid and will be excluded from the competition.
6. Logs different from those requested, written in a non-readable way, or written in an incomplete, incorrect and not professional way or not sent at the place of competence will not be taken into consideration; this will entail the exclusion of the station from the final rankings and consequently will not help to increase the score of the belonging province or region.

Art. 10 Restrictions:

1. More than one QSO with the same Station is NOT accepted.
2. Participating to the contest in more than one category is NOT permitted.
3. Participating to the contest in a category which is different from your registry category is NOT permitted.
4. Contacting DX expedition stations, S.E.S. or other activations is NOT allowed.
5. Starting the contest with a progressive number different from 1 (one) is NOT permitted.
6. Progressive numbers must be only numbers and it is not possible to use different characters, e.g. 27/bis or similar.
7. It is peremptorily forbidden, for every kind of station, to operate simultaneously with more than one transmitter because this action is considered extremely unfair towards the other participants.

Art. 11: Awards:

1. Lady Category: rewarded from the 1st to the 5th place.
2. Hunter Category: rewarded the 1st to the 3rd place.
3. Awards ceremony will take place the last day of the annual world meeting.
4. Awards not collected personally or through other friends will be sent.
5. An electronic certificate of participation is available on request. Interested people will have to ask for it to the Contest Manager after the publication of the final results.
6. The Contest Manager can unquestionably decide to increase and/or change the number of awarded participants.

Art. 12: Final Notes:

1. The authentic interpretation of the present regulation is entrusted only to the Contest Manager.
2. Clarifications may be requested to the Contest Manager by letter (addressed to the above mentioned address) or by email. The final notes are an integral part of the present regulation.

What is not explicitly clarified in these rules is regulated in the Alfa Tango Contest General Regulation in force.

 Art. 1: Partecipazione:

1. La manifestazione è aperta a tutte le stazioni AT e non AT
2. Non è necessario inviare domande o quote di iscrizione. La partecipazione sarà provata dal ricevimento dei log relativi al periodo del contest. Le stazioni non AT possono richiedere di essere inserite nel database del programma elettronico ai fini di velocizzare l'inserimento del nominativo.

Art. 2: Durata:

1. Il contest si svolgerà, dalle ore 11:00 UTC di Sabato 11 Marzo sino alle ore 19:00 UTC di Domenica 12 Marzo.
2. Qualora, per motivi vari, la data di effettuazione del Contest dovesse essere modificata, la nuova data verrà comunicata con largo anticipo tramite bollettino elettronico o altro mezzo.

Art. 3: Banda e modi:

1. L'attività deve svolgersi sulla banda degli 11 metri e solo in FONIA.
2. La porzione di 100 KHz. della banda denominata parte DX, compresa tra 500 e 600 inclusi, deve essere tassativamente lasciata libera, pena l'invalidazione dei qso effettuati in tale porzione, l'applicazione di penalità e provvedimenti disciplinari. E’ peraltro possibile effettuare la chiamata a 555 e spostarsi per effettuare il collegamento nella porzione di banda desiderata.
3. Si consiglia di usare ambedue le porzioni inferiore 410 – 495 e superiore 605 - 855
4. I partecipanti sono invitati ad attenersi alle norme legislative vigenti per ciò che concerne l'uso delle proprie apparecchiature e l'impiego delle frequenze.

Art. 4: Categorie:

a)    SINGOLO OPERATORE: Categoria Lady o Hunter

b)    MULTI OPERATORE: Non Ammessi

Art. 5: Territorialità:

1. La trasmissione da un Altro Country diversa da quello della residenza deve avvenire usando il barrato ad esempio 328/1AT10, vuol dire che trasmettiamo dalla Croazia, pur essendo una stazione Italiana.
2. Non è ammesso cambiare Country durante il Contest
3. Non è ammesso trasmettere da un Veicolo in movimento

 Art. 6 Validità:

1. Il Log è valido anche con un solo collegamento con una stazione Lady se si è un Hunter, o viceversa con una stazione Hunter se si è dichiarato il Log come Lady. I log degli Hunters senza QSO con le stazioni Lady saranno considerati checklog.
2. Per essere valido il collegamento deve riportare obbligatoriamente: il progressivo dato e quello ricevuto, il nominativo completo della stazione collegata, il country e la categoria della stazione collegata (Lady od Hunter)
3. Sono Validi i collegamenti con ambedue le categorie, ad esempio Lady con Lady, Hunter con Hunter, anche se lo scopo principale è di collegare le stazioni Lady.
4. Per l'accredito dei qso non occorre l'invio di alcuna qsl.
5. I collegamenti devono esserebilaterali e controllabili, in mancanza di corrispondenza per verificare la veridicità di quanto dichiarato, ad esempio log non inviati, il collegamento non risulterà valido.

Art. 7: Punteggi:

1. Stazione Hunter Collega Lady               20
2. Stazione Hunter Collega Hunter             1
3. Stazione Lady Collega Hunter                 2
4. Stazione Lady Collega Lady                     5
5. Stazione Lady od Hunter, per ogni Country collegato. 10
6. Moltiplicatore: Ogni stazione Lady è conteggiata anche come Moltiplicatore

Art. 8: Classifica:

1. A cura del This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. verranno stilate le classifiche per le categorie ammesse.
2. Le classifiche definitive saranno rese note in occasione del meeting annuale ad Asti e pubblicate su mezzo elettronico (bollettino o sito web).
3. La classifica sia per le stazioni Lady od Hunter è ottenuta sommando i punti ottenuti per ogni collegamento valido, moltiplicato per il numero dei moltiplicatori.
4. In caso di parità di punteggio verrà attribuita la stessa posizione di classifica.

Art. 9 Log:

1. Sono accettati solo log ufficiali Alfa Tango appositamente realizzati per il contest Woman's Day o fotocopie degli stessi. Sono altresì accettati i Log elettronici prodotti dall'apposito programma di gestione del contest stesso.
2. I log cartacei dovranno riportare come intestazione l'indicativo usato e il nome dell'operatore e la categoria di partecipazione.
3. È obbligatorio l’uso del numero progressivo di registrazione dei QSO che dovrà rispettare l'esatto ordine cronologico dei collegamenti. Ogni operatore dovrà quindi passare il proprio numero progressivo alla stazione collegata e riceverne conferma. Non è necessario passare altri rapporti.
4. I log cartacei dovranno riportare tutti i qso effettuati, con la relativa numerazione progressiva. In caso di qso doppi o di mancato utilizzo di un numero progressivo, la riga corrispondente dovrà risultare annullata con un unico tratto rosso ben visibile, lasciando però leggibile il contenuto sottostante della riga stessa.
5. I log cartacei dovranno essere inviati e pervenire tassativamente entro e non oltre il 31 marzo dell'anno in corso.  Log pervenuti oltre tale data saranno esclusi dalla classifica e passati in regime Check Log
6. Log diversi da quelli prescritti, scritti in modo non leggibile, compilati in modo incompleto, errato o comunque non professionale o non inviati nel luogo di competenza non verranno presi in considerazione, e comporteranno l'esclusione della stazione dalla classifica finale che pertanto non contribuirà ad aumentare il punteggio della propria provincia e regione
7. I Log cartacei devono essere inviati al Contest Manager 1AT011 Diana via:

NESSUN NOMINATIVO SULLA BUSTA, NIENTE RACCOMANDATE E/O ASSICURATE!

8. Log elettronici non prodotti con l'apposito programma. Devono essere allegati ad una E-mail all'indirizzo: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Art. 10 Limitazioni:

1. Non è ammesso più di un QSO con la stessa stazione.
2. Non è ammesso partecipare al contest in più categorie.
3. Non è ammesso partecipare al contest in una categoria diversa dalla propria categoria anagrafica.
4. Non è ammesso collegare stazioni DX Expedition, S.E.S. o attivazioni varie
5. Non è ammesso iniziare il contest con un numero progressivo diverso da 1 (uno).
6. I progressivi dovranno essere esclusivamente numerici, e pertanto non è ammesso fare uso di altri caratteri, ad esempio 27/bis o analoghi.
7. È tassativamente vietato, per qualsiasi tipo di stazione, operare simultaneamente con più di un trasmettitore in quanto tale pratica viene considerata estremamente scorretta nei confronti degli altri partecipanti.

Art. 11: Premiazioni:

1. Categoria Lady: Premiate dalla 1º alla 5° classificata.
2. Categoria Hunter: Premiato dal 1° al 3° classificato.
3. Le premiazioni saranno effettuate l'ultimo giorno del meeting annuale del Gruppo AT
4. I premi non ritirati di persona o tramite altra unità verranno spediti.
5. È disponibile a richiesta un diploma di partecipazione in formato elettronico da richiedere direttamente al Contest manager dopo la pubblicazione delle classifiche.
6. A insindacabile decisione del Contest manager, sussiste la possibilità di aumentare e/o variare il numero dei premi.

Art. 12: Note finali:

1. L’interpretazione autentica del presente regolamento è demandata unicamente al Contest Manager.
2. Chiarimenti e precisazioni potranno essere richiesti al Contest Manager tramite E-mail utilizzando l'indirizzo riportato sopra.
3. Le note finali allegate fanno parte integrante del presente regolamento.
4. Mancato Invio del Log. Si prega di leggere Attentamente Quanto previsto dal Regolamento Generale dei Contest AT

Per quanto non esplicitamente specificato nel presente regolamento valgono le normative del Regolamento Generale dei Contest Alfa Tango
