General Rules: 7b) The use of telegraphy (CW) and digital modes is allowed. The QSO in CW and digital modes are valid to credit DXCC entity and also to apply for certificates and awards, also during the contests and events that foresee it (in compliance with assigned frequencies to this kind of activity)
