It's a new activity. If you contacted Alain on september 2022 you can to contact Alain in 2023 (new activity, new QSL)
Multiple QSO are forbidden, operators not respecting this rule will be removed from the log. This is to give everyone a chance to contact Alain, especially for smaller stations.
A QSO tracking system is in place on the AT France site. ( green = in the log // red = not in the log /// black = disruptive ). Update every nights:
