1 Room reservations (see prices on page two) must be made exclusively and directly to the Hotel staff: remember please to specify that you will participate in the "ALFA TANGO MEETING" to take discount reserved for participants. Don't forget to give them your AT callsign.

The only courtesy we ask you is to make the reservation and the payment in advance via form. To have access to the form for meals booking it's mandatory to log in with username and password to the portal.

Before Starting:

Before starting to fill out the form make sure that you are logged into the AT Portal with your username and password and make sure you have paid for the meals that you are to book (save receipt). Read the full form and pay attention to all the fields!
Enter please the right children number or type 0 (zero)
Enter please the right number of booked people (including yourself)
Enter the callsign and name or just the name of your companions (you will help us to draw the list of participants)

If you have not paid for your meals you cannot send your reservation to the meeting manager
