The Alfa Tango, passionate DXer, and even earlier amateur-radio operators worldwide have been in touch with the world of SpaceWeather at least since the existence of the Web. In fact in the early 90s many of us, DXer, were already connected to the net mainly to study SpaceWeather forecasts and to observe the trends of SolarCycles. Just think that today, after almost 40 years of study, some amateur radio operators have managed to reach space in the true sense of the word, at NASA, HAARP, ISS and so on:
